Our story: Built on Family, Driven by Care

Sync Dental started with a simple idea and a shared dream. Jaymish had always wanted to run his own dental practice, while Nikhil, with his background in business and accountancy, was keen to build something that could grow. By combining their skills and values, Sync Dental was born.

What began as one clinic in Addlestone has grown faster than they ever imagined. Since July 2023, seven more practices have joined the Sync Dental family, bringing us to eight centres in total. Even as we grow, we stay close to our roots, our headquarters is still in Addlestone at the very first practice Jaymish acquired.

At the heart of everything we do is one simple promise: to give every patient the very best care.

That’s why we grow thoughtfully, bringing together practices that are within about a 30-minute drive of each other. It means getting the right care, the right specialist, and the right equipment is always easy, without long journeys or added stress.

Bringing Smiles to Manila

We are incredibly proud of our team’s dedication to global oral health. This past December, our very own Nikhil, Jay, and Shaimil traveled to Manila, Philippines, to volunteer their expertise alongside the Philippine Dental Association (PDA).

During this mission, the team worked on the frontline to deliver essential dental treatments to underserved communities. From performing vital extractions and fillings to providing preventative education, their goal was simple: to relieve pain and restore confidence to those with limited access to care.
