Jaymish qualified with a BDS from the University of Bristol in 2014. He then completed his NHS training in Aberystwyth, Wales, and is now a Partner of Sync Dental Centres.
Jay enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry, including removable braces. He completed advanced cosmetic and restorative training with Aspire Dental Academy, achieving a certification in advanced aesthetic dentistry. Jay loves being able to get to know his patients and warmly welcoming them each time they enter the practice.
Outside of dentistry, Jay enjoys regularly playing football and watching cricket. He also loves dogs!
Adam has over 14 years of experience in Dentistry and is an active member of both the British Society of Periodontology and the European Federation of Periodontology. He has been a member of the Sync team for over 5 years.
Adam has vast experience in non-surgical treatments of gum disease, pre oral surgery mouth rehabilitation, gum disease management and maintenance and both pre and post orthodontic procedures.
He prides himself on his unique approach to nervous patients, helping them to feel at ease in his care. Adam is very supportive of his patients, and is always happy to give specialist advice in a non-obligation consultation appointment.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys keeping fit with running and weight lifting.
Katie graduated from the University of Dundee with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Distinction in her final exams in 2022.
Katie works as a general dentist and has a keen interest in treating children and anxious patients. Katie has a very welcoming and calm approach, always making her patients feel at ease.
Katie is also currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry to deliver the best care to her patients.
In Katie’s spare time she enjoys travelling and cooking. She also loves to challenge herself outside the surgery and can be found training for triathlons!
Ken, was born in Kent and was educated in Hong Kong, UK and the USA. He served 9 years in the Regular British Army and a further 9 years with the Army reserves as a Combat Medical Technician and Pharmacy Technician within the Royal Army Medical Corp, reaching the rank of Sergeant Major. He has served in the UK and overseas in Germany, Kenya and Afghanistan. He was sponsored to complete his dental training and qualified from Plymouth University. After completing his foundation training in the NHS and moving into private practice, he commissioned at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst obtaining the rank of Captain within the Royal Army Dental Corp.
Ken has a very personable approach to dentistry, striving to communicate comprehensively with patients and building trusting relationships. He has a conservative and minimally invasive approach to dentistry with an interest in Prosthodontics, replacing missing or damaged teeth with veneers, crowns, bridges, dentures and implants.
He is a compassionate father of two children and a cocker spaniel called ‘Dave’. Ken is passionate about travelling, culture, and spends much of his free time hill walking in Wales and Scotland.
Panos graduated from dental school with honours in 1998 and then went on to pursue postgraduate training in prosthodontics and dental implants at the State University Of New York at Buffalo, USA, in 3 years specialty programme, where he received a Certificate of Proficiency in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science degree. He then went on to teach at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry for 3 years, before returning to Athens for military service in the Air Force and then establishing a successful private practice limited to prosthodontics and dental implants for the past 16 years.
In his private time, he enjoys time with his family, is a proud father of two young boys and likes to swim and listen to good music.
Raman graduated from Bristol Dental School in 2005. After completing vocational training he worked as a Senior House Officer in various hospitals including Bart’s and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry and Birmingham Dental Hospital. During this time Raman completed Royal College of Surgeons examinations to gain the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons qualification.
In 2013 Raman completed a four year specialist training programme in periodontics at King’s College, London. This led to the award of the Master of Clinical Dentistry (Periodontics) qualification and Membership in Periodontics at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
Raman has been registered with the General Dental Council as a specialist in periodontics since 2014. He provides a range of treatment including the management of gum disease, bone regeneration surgery, treatment of gum recession and crown-lengthening. He also places dental implants to replace missing teeth, carries out bone grafting including sinus floor elevation and manages dental implant complications.
After you fill in the referral form, we will aim to see your referred patient within two to three weeks. Our specialist will see them and a written report will be sent to both yourself and your patient.
Any radiographs that you provide will reduce the costs to your patient and will aid us in diagnosing treatment.
