Ali graduated in 2007 (Leeds) and after qualification did his vocational training in in East Yorkshire. Ali then travelled and worked in Singapore and Australia respectively.
His experience of working in the UK and different parts of the world has enhanced his understanding of different dental materials and techniques.
Ali has always been interested in saving teeth and strongly believes natural teeth have no equal substitute. As such, his aim is to retain and restore teeth including the most heavily broken ones.
Ali has a special interest and comprehensive training in providing endodontics (root canal treatment), Periodontal surgery (crown lengthening) and prosthodontics (restoring teeth).
Dr Ali has expanded his expertise by furthering his studies and practice in dental implants, recently completing a diploma in implants with distinction.
Ali has a gentle approach and the fantastic ability to ensure patient comfort will resonate with some of our more nervous and anxious patients.
Aatif graduated from Barts and the London School of Dentistry in 2012. Following a year of foundation training in the Berkshire deanery, he went on to complete a year working as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Southampton General Hospital. Here he developed his skills in Oral Surgery, as well as gaining valuable insight and experience in the management of head and neck oncology, trauma and orthognathic surgery.
Having worked in general practice since 2014, Aatif established a strong foundation in all areas of general dentistry, however, it was in the field of Endodontics that he developed the keenest interest. In 2018 he undertook a full-time Masters’ degree in Endodontics at the world-renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute, which he completed in 2019. During this year of intensive study, Aatif acquired the breadth of knowledge and technical skills required for the diagnosis and management of challenging Endodontic cases.
Aatif has a calm and gentle chairside manner and is particularly confident in manageing nervous patients. He always endeavours to ensure that the experience of dental treatment is a positive one for all patients.
Away from dentistry, Aatif loves to stay active, as well as enjoying travelling and going to concerts.
Kiren graduated with Honours from King’s College London in 2014 and obtained her diploma of membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Edinburgh (MFDS RCS Ed.) in 2016.
Kiren successfully completed her 4-year specialist training programme in Endodontology qualifying with Distinction, at King’s College London Dental Institute. She has since returned as a part-time specialist clinical teacher at Guy’s Hospital, supervising both undergraduate and postgraduate endodontic students. She has also been awarded the prestigious Membership in Endodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
She has a broad range of skills, having worked in general practice for many years and through her previous positions in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Northampton General Hospital and in the Restorative Dentistry department at Bristol Dental Hospital, providing a range of complex treatments for patients referred for endodontic and restorative care.
Kiren is passionate about providing high quality endodontic care/ root canal treatments to relieve her patients of pain and allow them to keep their teeth for longer. She enjoys keeping up to date with the latest advances in the field of endodontics. Her friendly and compassionate nature coupled with her experience and motivation to provide high standards of care enable her patients to feel at ease.

Outside of saving teeth, Kiren enjoys keeping fit, experimenting in the kitchen and spending time with friends and family. She is also a novice astronomer! When not looking into root canals, she loves to swap her endodontic microscope for a telescope or pair of binoculars and star gaze when the skies allow!
After you fill in the referral form, we will aim to see your referred patient within two to three weeks. Our specialist will see them and a written report will be sent to both yourself and your patient.
Any radiographs that you provide will reduce the costs to your patient and will aid us in diagnosing treatment.
