Sandra Walker
Jaymish qualified with a BDS from the University of Bristol in 2014. He then completed his NHS training in Aberystwyth, Wales, and is now a Partner of Sync Dental Centres.
Jay enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry, including removable braces. He completed advanced cosmetic and restorative training with Aspire Dental Academy, achieving a certification in advanced aesthetic dentistry. Jay loves being able to get to know his patients and warmly welcoming them each time they enter the practice.
Outside of dentistry, Jay enjoys regularly playing football and watching cricket. He also loves dogs!
Mani graduated in 1989 from Manchester University. He started practicing dentistry in West London and Camberley before opening Ottershaw Dental in 1994. Mani has since relocated to Sync Dental Centres, which has been established for over 11 years.
Mani’s special interests lie in dental implants, facial aesthetics and cosmetic dentistry, including smile makeovers and invisible braces. He is dedicated to furthering his skills and knowledge, and has completed the Advanced Dental Studies Cosmetic course at the California Centre and a week-long residential course at the Cezanne Dental Institute for Implants in Berlin, Germany. He also completed an Invisalign course in 2009.
Mani’s committed and passionate approach ensures his patients feel at ease in his care. He enjoys helping his patients achieve the high-end results they deserve.
Outside of dentistry, Mani enjoys playing golf and travelling with his family.
Phil graduated with a BDS from the Royal London Hospital in 1989. He is a very well-established member of the team, and has been at Sync Dental for 22 years.
Phil is particularly good at helping people overcome their fears about going to the dentist with his calm and professional approach. He enjoys improving his patient’s smiles and helping them achieve their desired results. He also loves working in a fully supportive team, with everyone quick to help others out.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys keeping fit and can often be found running, cycling or walking his dog!
Having qualified from the University of Debrecen, Shaimil has shown great interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. His enthusiasm for advanced cosmetic dentistry has led him to train with some of the leading orthodontic, restorative and cosmetic dentists in the country to continuously advance his skill set.
Shaimil has completed numerous postgraduate courses at world-renowned training institutes such as the King’s College London, Barts and The Royal London Hospital and the Eastman Dental Hospital at University College London (UCL). In addition to these courses, he has also completed a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry and an Advanced Occlusion and Wax up course at the Aspire Dental Academy.
Shaimil is a highly experienced, specialist Diamond Tier Invisalign provider and has treated over 700 cases to date. He has carried out extensive training alongside a leading orthodontist in central London and is continuing to further advance his skillset by undertaking a diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy endorsed by world-leading Align Technology with the City of London Dental School. Shaimil has also trained in facial aesthetics at the Avanti Aesthetics academy on Harley Street to aid his understanding of facial harmony and the unique mapping of each patient’s face, using these skills in his dentistry to create beautiful smiles, individual to each patient.

Since qualifying in 2003, I have undergone postgraduate training in advanced restorative dentistry at the Eastman dental hospital, London.I am currently undergoing an MSc to support my interest in techniques such as crowns, bridges, removable prosthetics (dentures) endodontics, and full case rehabilitations to enable me to provide exceptional care to all my patients. I have also undertaken further training in restoring and placing Implants with Straumann/ ITI dental education, Europe’s leading Implant company.
Ian enjoys looking after all aspects of the dental health of his patients, some of whom have had Ian as their family dentist for over 25 years. By keeping up to date with advances over his career, Ian deploys the best of tried and trusted techniques along with the introduction of new technology to the practice.
Rajan qualified from Manchester Dental Hospital in 1993, and worked in London for 8 years before setting up the Windsor practice, with his wife Sunita, in 2001. He is a member of the PREP panel – a group of select General Dental Practitioners that evaluate the very latest dental technology for Professor Burke at Birmingham Dental Hospital.
Since 2003, Rajan has been an approved enhanced Vocational Trainer – training new graduate dentists (Foundation Dentists) in our approved training practice. This has been extended in recent years to Therapist training & Dental Core Training for dentists with a specialist interest.
In 2013 Rajan was selected to be the Training Programme Director for the Berkshire Dental Foundation Training Scheme, based at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough. This role includes responsibility for delivering the study day programme for 13 Foundation Dentists based in the area, and assessing & signing them off at the end of the year.
He has a particular interest in aesthetic dentistry, with extensive postgraduate training in veneers, ceramics, alignment & teeth whitening.
Outside of dentistry, Rajan has a passion for sports, music, travel & his family including the family dog Woody.
Sunita qualified from Guy’s Dental Hospital in 1993 with honours. She is a highly experienced General Dental Practitioner with many years experience of working in NHS & Private Practice.
Since 2010, Sunita has taken on a more active role in the running and management of the Practice, completing an AAT qualification in accountancy in 2012.
In addition to bringing up 2 wonderful children (and the family dog!), Sunita still finds time to volunteer as a teaching assistant at a local school.
Haroon graduated from the University of Bristol with Merit. Since qualifying, he has further improved his clinical knowledge and skills by completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Dental Care, as well as multiple courses covering anterior alignment orthodontics and cosmetic treatment. Although Haroon carries out all forms of dentistry, his main interest is in aesthetic dentistry – particularly teeth straightening and composite bonding. He is a certified Inman Aligner, ClearSmile Brace and ClearSmile Aligner user and uses these appliances frequently to create beautiful and natural-looking smiles.
Haroon thoroughly enjoys making his patients happy and building their confidence. He has a strong attention to detail, enabling him to provide a range of treatments to a high standard.
Outside of dentistry, Haroon has a keen interest in music and loves to play guitar. In addition to this, he enjoys keeping fit and likes to spend time with family and friends.
Aatif graduated from Barts and the London School of Dentistry in 2012. Following a year of foundation training in the Berkshire deanery, he went on to complete a year working as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Southampton General Hospital. Here he developed his skills in Oral Surgery, as well as gaining valuable insight and experience in the management of head and neck oncology, trauma and orthognathic surgery.
Having worked in general practice since 2014, Aatif established a strong foundation in all areas of general dentistry, however, it was in the field of Endodontics that he developed the keenest interest. In 2018 he undertook a full-time Masters’ degree in Endodontics at the world-renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute, which he completed in 2019. During this year of intensive study, Aatif acquired the breadth of knowledge and technical skills required for the diagnosis and management of challenging Endodontic cases.
Aatif has a calm and gentle chairside manner and is particularly confident in manageing nervous patients. He always endeavours to ensure that the experience of dental treatment is a positive one for all patients.
Away from dentistry, Aatif loves to stay active, as well as enjoying travelling and going to concerts.
Alaa graduated from King’s College London in 2014 with Honours and awarded the prestigious Maurice Wohl prize. Alaa has also received many commendations for oral surgery, restorative and periodontal care during his 5-year training.
Alaa completed his MClinDent in Periodontology being mentored by world leading periodontists and is experienced in surgical and non-surgical treatments. He has authored in dental education and published in peer reviewed journals in relation to his field of periodontology.
Alaa has a passion for education and mentoring the younger generation of dentists to ensure they are as fully equipped for the future challenges in the lifelong career of dentistry. Hence, he has lectured and taught at university as well as being involved in workshops to impart his experience and knowledge to the next generation of dentists.
Dr. Alexandra Davies is a dedicated and compassionate dentist, committed to providing a relaxing and stress-free experience for all patients. Graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Queen’s University Belfast in 2020, Alex has since been devoted to enhancing smiles and promoting oral health with a patient-centric approach.

Ali graduated in 2007 (Leeds) and after qualification did his vocational training in in East Yorkshire. Ali then travelled and worked in Singapore and Australia respectively.
His experience of working in the UK and different parts of the world has enhanced his understanding of different dental materials and techniques.
Ali has always been interested in saving teeth and strongly believes natural teeth have no equal substitute. As such, his aim is to retain and restore teeth including the most heavily broken ones.
Ali has a special interest and comprehensive training in providing endodontics (root canal treatment), Periodontal surgery (crown lengthening) and prosthodontics (restoring teeth).
Dr Ali has expanded his expertise by furthering his studies and practice in dental implants, recently completing a diploma in implants with distinction.
Ali has a gentle approach and the fantastic ability to ensure patient comfort will resonate with some of our more nervous and anxious patients.
Athi graduated from the University of Bristol and built a strong surgical and aesthetic dentistry foundation. Following qualification, he has spent two years working in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) in busy hospital units, gaining valuable experience managing complex cases, dental extractions, and facial trauma.
Now focused on general and cosmetic dentistry, Athi is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smile. With a calm and gentle approach, he enjoys delivering natural-looking results using modern, minimally invasive techniques.
He continues to pursue advanced training in aesthetic treatments and is particularly interested in smile makeovers, composite bonding, and Invisalign.
Athi enjoys playing sports and travelling outside the clinic, often combining the two when exploring new places.
Amit qualified from St. Bartholomews and the Royal London Hospital in 2001. He completed his Vocational Training in a family-based dental practice in Essex, following which he accepted a Senior House Officer post in Restorative Dentistry where he treated complex cases and advanced his knowledge of treatment planning and patient management. Following this he underwent training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he gained experience in extraction of difficult teeth including wisdom teeth, apicectomies and treatment of fractures of the face and jaws under general anaesthesia. During this period, he gained his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).
Amit completed an extensive four year Masters Degree at Kings College London, to gain the title of Specialist in Prosthodontics (Merit) in 2010, during which time he continued to work in private dental practice. At Guy’s Hospital he has treated patients with hypodontia, advanced tooth wear and head and neck cancer. He has been trained in the planning and provision of dental implants by Consultants and Professors who excel in this field. His particular interests include Cosmetic Dentistry, Complex Implants, Oral surgery and dealing with anxious patients. He is a member of the British Society of Restorative Dentistry and Association of Dental Implantology and keeps up to date with developments in dentistry and related technology on a regular basis. He works in private dental practices in Essex, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire providing high quality dentistry in a comfortable relaxed manner.
Amy qualified from Queen’s University Belfast with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery in 2018. After initially working in a dental practice as a general dentist, she moved to London in September 2019 to gain valuable surgical experience. She worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Oral Surgery at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, respectively. Whilst working in London, she gained her Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Edinburgh.
Amy has honed her oral surgery skills and currently divides her time between practice and as a Speciality Dentist in Oral Surgery at Guys’ and St Thomas’ Hospital and has a special interest in temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD).
In her free time she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
Mr Hanif graduated from The University of Birmingham in 1997 and has a wealth of experience in both the NHS and Private sectors of Dentistry. He has an avid interest in all aspects of General Dentistry.
Mr Hanif has a great approach in treating nervous and anxious patients and is extremely patient focused.
In his spare time Mr Hanif plays football and enjoys travelling with his family. Recently he has taken a new hobby in 3D printing which he enjoys with his young sons.
Dr. Besha is a kind, bubbly, and compassionate dentist with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for both dentistry and facial aesthetics. Originally from Sweden, she pursued her dream of becoming a dentist abroad, graduating with honours from Riga Stradins University in Latvia in 2019. Since then, she has gained valuable experience across Europe, including working in one of Stockholm’s largest dental practices, before relocating to the UK in 2021.
With a strong commitment to continuous learning and development, Dr. Besha has undertaken further training in facial aesthetics and is particularly passionate about Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry. Her areas of interest include Invisalign, Composite Bonding, Porcelain Veneers, and Teeth Whitening, alongside general dental treatments such as crowns and fillings. She believes in the power of a beautiful, healthy smile to transform lives—boosting confidence, comfort, and overall well-being.

Bianca qualified from Newcastle University in 2020 with Merit in Clinical Dentistry; before undertaking a 2-year combined foundation and dental core training post in oral and maxillofacial surgery in Yorkshire. Since completing her training, she has gone on to undertake further postgraduate courses in Invisalign, composite bonding and aesthetics in which she was awarded Distinction.
Her approach to smile design is holistic and avoids a one size fits all approach as she feels every smile is unique and should stay that way. A beautiful smile is made up of many components which she recognises and is able to treat accordingly, giving her patients a smile they can be proud of.
Outside of work Bianca loves to spend time with her family and running with her dog!
Dr Bruno Delaunay was born in France, qualified in Nancy, graduated from the Faculty of Dental Surgery in Lorraine in 2016, and is fluent in English and French.
After graduation, Bruno moved to London and became GDC registered in 2017. While working as an aesthetic restorative dentist in private practices around London, he kept developing his knowledge in conservative dentistry. He obtained a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry with Distinction from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute.
He then decided to focus on one field and completed a three-year full-time Master’s Degree in Clinical Dentistry (MCD) in Periodontology in September 2023 at the Eastman Dental Institute.
During his speciality training, Bruno developed his clinical expertise in manageing treatments of patients with advanced periodontal diseases using a wide range of treatments from non-surgical therapy up to complex periodontal regeneration. Bruno also acquired extensive knowledge in treating gingival recession and replacing missing teeth with dental implants.
The advanced training he received at Eastman is one of the few international programs accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology.
Bruno is dedicated to his patients and aims to provide ethical and high-quality dentistry within a multi-disciplinary approach.
Bushra Fatima is an experienced general dentist with a passion for restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Karachi University in 2012 and later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the Fresh Dental Institute in London.
Bushra began her dental career in Pakistan, where she gained valuable experience in both clinical and academic settings, including a role as a lecturer in Dental Materials. After relocating to the UK in 2016, she successfully passed the General Dental Council’s Overseas Registration Exam (ORE) on her first attempt and has been practicing in the UK since 2018.
Bushra is a certified Invisalign provider and has worked across both NHS and private practices, offering a wide range of dental treatments. Her previous roles have also included emergency dental services and experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery, where she developed her skills in complex extractions and minor oral surgery.
Recognised for her calm and compassionate manner, Bushra is committed to patient-centred care, with a particular focus on helping anxious patients feel comfortable and confident. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is continually seeking to expand her clinical knowledge and skills.

Charaniya joined Sync Dental Guildford in 2022 under previous ownership. She graduated from University of Sheffield – School of Dentistry in 2011. Before joining, Charaniya worked in general practice in London and Newcastle. She also spent 15 months as a Maxillofacial SHO at the Royal London Hospital and Whipps Cross Hospital, during which she completed the MJDF (Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties) postgraduate qualification and has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in advanced aesthetic restorative dentistry.
Charaniya is a caring and passionate dentist, who is dedicated to delivering dental care of the highest standard. She is an enthusiastic member of our team. With her calm and welcoming approach, she develops a good rapport with her patients and strives to make each dental visit friendly and relaxed. Outside dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her young family and travelling.
Danni graduated with a BDS from King’s College, London, in 1998. She has been at Sync Parkside for over seven years.
Danni enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly the cosmetic side. She loves working with crowns, bridges and veneers, and particularly enjoys seeing the reactions of her patients when they see their results.
Outside of work, Danni enjoys travelling and going to the theatre and cinema. She also loves walking and socialising with her friends and family.
I am a Consultant Specialist in Periodontology at Guy’s Hospital and Clinical Lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral and Craniofacial Sciences, King’s College London.
I completed my specialist training in Periodontology at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and achieved a Masters in Clinical Dentistry from King’s College London and Membership in Periodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. I continued my passion for academia and was subsequently awarded a PhD in Periodontology from King’s College London. I am the recipient of multiple prestigious research prizes and my work has been published internationally. My research interest is in the use of novel biomaterials including platelet rich fibrin for periodontal regeneration.
I am an examiner for the Membership in Periodontics, Royal College Surgeons Edinburgh and England; and an Educational Supervisor for Periodontics Specialty training at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
Farah graduated with Honours from the prestigious King’s College London, and throughout her training was awarded prizes and nominations for her academic and clinical skill. She has since been working as a general dentist and is committed to continual learning and development, to ensure her patients are provided with high quality care.
Farah’s warm and friendly approach puts patients at ease, which allows even anxious patients to have a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Farah has a keen interest in community and charity work, and she recently returned from Namibia where she helped to provide education and essential dental care for hundreds of children in deprived rural areas.
Outside of dentistry, Farah enjoys travelling, and staying active through classical dance and going to the gym.
Dr Hassan graduated from Barts and The London School of Dentistry in 2022, after completing a BSc (Honours) in Pharmacology at the University of Hertfordshire in 2017. His background in science gives him a strong foundation for delivering thoughtful, well-rounded patient care.
He has a real passion for restorative dentistry and takes pride in helping people feel confident about their smiles. Known for his friendly and approachable nature, Dr Hassan takes pride in building a genuine rapport with patients and is especially good at helping those who feel anxious about dental treatment feel more comfortable.
Always looking to grow as a clinician, he’s currently undertaking the Aspire Restorative Diploma and regularly attends further training and courses to enhance and upgrade his skills. This commitment to learning ensures he provides the best possible care, using the latest techniques and knowledge.

Irem studied dentistry in Istanbul and qualified in 2009. She completed a further 5-year full time postgraduate clinical training and PhD in Oral Surgery & Implantology in 2014 and has published her studies in international journals.
Following her registration with the GDC in 2016, Irem worked as a Specialty Dentist in Oral Surgery at St George’s Hospital maxillofacial department.
She has worked at various private dental practices in the UK as a dentist with special interest in oral surgery and implantology providing general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and difficult extractions. She has attended many postgraduate courses, and scientific meetings to keep her knowledge up to date.
Irem is an enthusiastic, friendly dentist who takes her time with anxious patients to make them feel at ease. She has been providing excellent patient care at our Pyrford practice since 2022.
Justin studied dentistry at Glasgow University graduating in 2003. Over the past 15 years he has been providing private dentary featuring orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry. Working alongside specialists to provide care in highly complex cases, he continues to train worldwide with a continuing desire to update and increase his skills. Justin is still accepting new patients and along with the rest of the team will be able to help with all your treatment needs.
He has a keen interest in music, books, sport and has 2 lovely children and an adorable puppy.
Katie graduated from the University of Dundee with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Distinction in her final exams in 2022.
Katie works as a general dentist and has a keen interest in treating children and anxious patients. Katie has a very welcoming and calm approach, always making her patients feel at ease.
Katie is also currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry to deliver the best care to her patients.

Kiren graduated with Honours from King’s College London in 2014 and obtained her diploma of membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Edinburgh (MFDS RCS Ed.) in 2016.
Kiren successfully completed her 4-year specialist training programme in Endodontology qualifying with Distinction, at King’s College London Dental Institute. She has since returned as a part-time specialist clinical teacher at Guy’s Hospital, supervising both undergraduate and postgraduate endodontic students. She has also been awarded the prestigious Membership in Endodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
She has a broad range of skills, having worked in general practice for many years and through her previous positions in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Northampton General Hospital and in the Restorative Dentistry department at Bristol Dental Hospital, providing a range of complex treatments for patients referred for endodontic and restorative care.
Kiren is passionate about providing high quality endodontic care/ root canal treatments to relieve her patients of pain and allow them to keep their teeth for longer. She enjoys keeping up to date with the latest advances in the field of endodontics. Her friendly and compassionate nature coupled with her experience and motivation to provide high standards of care enable her patients to feel at ease.

Outside of saving teeth, Kiren enjoys keeping fit, experimenting in the kitchen and spending time with friends and family. She is also a novice astronomer! When not looking into root canals, she loves to swap her endodontic microscope for a telescope or pair of binoculars and star gaze when the skies allow!
After qualifying from Glasgow Dental Hospital and School, Krish completed a range of hospital training posts within Scotland. In 2005 he was appointed as a specialist registrar in fixed and removable Prosthodontics at the Edinburgh Dental Institute. During this time, he completed a master’s degree in fixed and removable Prosthodontics and in 2008 achieved his Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh specialising in Prosthodontics.
Krish is fully experienced in all aspects of conventional and implant, fixed and removable Prosthodontics. He has developed a keen interest in aesthetic full mouth rehabilitations using restorative, surgical and multidisciplinary approaches. He is interested in establishing working relationships with referring dentists that wish to develop their own skills and knowledge base to improve the quality of care to their patients.
Krish is also a senior clinical researcher for the University of Edinburgh and honorary specialist in Prosthodontics at the Edinburgh Dental Institute where he is committed to the postgraduate training of dentists from new graduates through to master’s degree students.
Kruti is a registered Specialist Periodontist. She graduated from Kings College London (BDS ) in 2011 and has worked in both general practice and in hospital at the maxillofacial unit at John Radcliffe Hospital. During this time she went on to attain her Diploma of the Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Kruti then went on to complete her extensive three year Periodontology Specialist training at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Hospital where she gained her Masters in Clinical Dentistry. She then continued to attain her Membership of Periodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and her periodontal and implant accreditation by the European Periodontology Federation.
She is passionate about periodontology and implantology and the important role it plays in the oral and general health of patients and is committed to providing high-quality treatment and wants all her patients to feel happy and confident with their teeth and gums. Her practice is now limited to periodontology and implants and she always continues to develop her skills further.

Mani graduated with a BDS degree from Government Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai in 2006. She worked for a busy private dental practice in Delhi before moving to the UK.
Mani is very motivated, keeping up with all the latest developments in dentistry by regularly attending lectures and training courses. Her main areas of interest are aesthetic, restorative and preventative dentistry.
Mani is proud to provide a full range of comprehensive dental treatments to her patients at Sync Waterside and has formed great relationships with her regular patients. She has a very caring attitude and is highly skilled, with a keen interest in educating her patients about their oral health. She aims to treat her patients in a relaxed and professional manner at all time.
Natasha graduated from Newcastle University in 2018 and has since moved back to Surrey. She enjoys general dentistry and making patients feel calm and comfortable. She is currently undertaking further training in advanced restorative and aesthetic treatments and has an interest in facial aesthetics. She also has an interest in Invisalign and will hopefully continue her advancement in this.
She holds all the core ideologies of patient care, that makes her the perfect fit for Sync Dental Centres.
When she is not in surgery she loves to travel the world and be outdoors. She is also an avid baker making treats for her friends and family but is careful to control her sweet tooth!
Panos graduated from dental school with honours in 1998 and then went on to pursue postgraduate training in prosthodontics and dental implants at the State University Of New York at Buffalo, USA, in 3 years specialty programme, where he received a Certificate of Proficiency in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science degree. He then went on to teach at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry for 3 years, before returning to Athens for military service in the Air Force and then establishing a successful private practice limited to prosthodontics and dental implants for the past 16 years.
In his private time, he enjoys time with his family, is a proud father of two young boys and likes to swim and listen to good music.
Raman graduated from Bristol Dental School in 2005. After completing vocational training he worked as a Senior House Officer in various hospitals including Bart’s and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry and Birmingham Dental Hospital. During this time Raman completed Royal College of Surgeons examinations to gain the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons qualification.
In 2013 Raman completed a four year specialist training programme in periodontics at King’s College, London. This led to the award of the Master of Clinical Dentistry (Periodontics) qualification and Membership in Periodontics at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
Raman has been registered with the General Dental Council as a specialist in periodontics since 2014. He provides a range of treatment including the management of gum disease, bone regeneration surgery, treatment of gum recession and crown-lengthening. He also places dental implants to replace missing teeth, carries out bone grafting including sinus floor elevation and manages dental implant complications.
Samar qualified in 2000 with a distinction and completed her vocational training in Oral Medicine from the University of Milan in Italy.
In 2011 she started developing an interest in Orthodontics and did her first two years postgraduate programme in fixed adult and children orthodontics. She also became an Invisalign performer in 2012 and has been treating orthodontic patients in London for the last 10 years.
She completed a Master’s Degree at the University of Rome in functional-holistic orthodontics and has been successfully treating numerous children, teens and adults. She is also an ambassador of the Nuvola clear aligners in the UK.
She regularly attends national and international conferences and recently got a second post-graduate in Orthodontics in London.
Samar’s friendly, kind and happy approach has made her extremely popular among patients. This is clear by a large number of referrals she receives due to word of mouth
Simon Birch has been an associate dentist at Sync Guildford since 1991 after qualifying from Guy’s Hospital in 1986. He worked in practices in London before settling in Guildford and joined the practice under its previous ownership. Simon has cared for the dental health of his patients over the past 25 years and during that time many will have enjoyed Simon’s enthusiasm for all thing’s football, even if not all of them are West Ham fans!
Dr. Tudor Cosma is an accomplished orthodontist with a deep passion for innovation and exploration. Dr. Youssef Akoush is a highly skilled and compassionate oral surgeon with over 14 years of experience. Graduating with honors from Cairo University’s Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. Akoush completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery and earned his Master’s degree in 2014. Since relocating to the UK in 2019, he has held several Specialty Doctor positions. He is an accredited seditionist and is registered on the oral surgery specialist list. His expertise includes a wide range of oral surgery treatments such as simple and surgical extractions, wisdom teeth extraction, impacted teeth exposure, oral pathology and dental implants.

Bill is one of the UK’s foremost Clinical Dental Technicians and is a well known Opinion Leader in Dentistry. He is the Director of the London Dental Education Centre (LonDEC) and Senior Clinical Teacher at King’s College London Dental Institute. Bill has over 25 years experience working as a Dental Technician in the UK and abroad as a visiting Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry at The British University in Egypt. Bill has achieved advanced qualifications in fixed and removable prosthodontics.

Adam has over 14 years of experience in Dentistry and is an active member of both the British Society of Periodontology and the European Federation of Periodontology. He has been a member of the Sync team for over 5 years.
Adam has vast experience in non-surgical treatments of gum disease, pre oral surgery mouth rehabilitation, gum disease management and maintenance and both pre and post orthodontic procedures.
He prides himself on his unique approach to nervous patients, helping them to feel at ease in his care. Adam is very supportive of his patients, and is always happy to give specialist advice in a non-obligation consultation appointment.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys keeping fit with running and weight lifting.
Charlotte has been working as a dental hygienist for over 10 years. She qualified from the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in 2012, having been a dental nurse many years prior to that. She believes in a kind and gentle approach to help patients achieve great oral hygiene and enjoys getting to know them. Her spare time is spent enjoying her family life including raising two small children.
Having qualified in 1988 as a Dental Hygienist, Julie initially worked within hospital Maxillo Facial, Oral Surgery and Orthodontic departments. She moved into general practice in 1993 and has worked in that environment since. Julie cares passionately about her profession and the patients she treats. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and the garden.
Numa is a qualified dental hygienist with a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She takes a gentle, educational approach to treatment, always aiming to make patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit.
Numa graduated from Teesside University with a degree in Dental Hygiene and is especially focused on promoting gum health and preventing dental diseases through tailored advice and effective treatment. Taher has over 13 years of experience in Dentistry, he thoroughly enjoys working together with his patients towards achieving better oral health and maintaining healthy gums and teeth.
